This is an unrepeatable one of a kind skein.

Base: Test Bases, these are yarns I bought to test out but ultimately decided not to use (at least not right now) and won't be added to our regular lineup or database. They're being offered at a discounted rate than I would usually use.

Recommended washing instructions: Hand wash with cool water and wool wash. Lay flat to dry.

All Shipwrecked Sheep yarns are dyed using professional acid dyes. I do my absolute best to rinse all yarns multiple times so that no excess dye remains in the yarn before drying. You may still notice a small amount of color bleeding the first couple of times you wash your project, despite all measures taken to prevent this.

Due to the way hand dyed yarn is made, no two skeins of the same colorway are exactly the same and different yarn bases take dye differently. If your project requires using more than one skein of the same colorway, I recommend alternating skeins.

I use a professional camera and natural or professional lighting to capture colors as accurately as possible, as well as editing software to make minor color adjustments to make sure the photo is as close as possible to the actual yarn, but due to the differences in every person's monitor, the yarn may appear slightly different.

All yarns are hand dyed in a smoke-free and pet-friendly home. Pets are not allowed near the yarn, dyeing or drying areas, or storage or packing areas. I do my absolute best to keep my inventory safe from random pet hairs, but I cannot entirely guarantee they will be.
