What are your shop's hours?

CURBSIDE ONLY HOURS: (We are not open for retail shopping at this time, we're still looking for a retail space and the information supplied for pick-up is a residential address, DO NOT arrive outside of these hours or enter the residence.)
Mon - Wed  9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Fri - Sun 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready, you'll be notified when you can pick it up, often within just a couple hours. You must pick up within 7 calendar days of order ready or it will be cancelled and refunded minus a 10% restocking and services fee.

Will you send my yarn caked for me?

We typically send yarn in the un-caked skein but I'm happy to cake it for you if needed! Just leave a message on your order during checkout and I'll cake it up on my ball winder at no additional cost to you before I ship it off! (This may result in an extra day turn around time during busier sales, but typically will not cause delay.) Caked yarn is not eligible for return or refund.

How long will it take to get my order?

All in-stock, ready to ship items, will ship within 3 days, Monday through Saturday.

Where can I learn more about your shipping & return policies?

We're currently revising our policies due to no longer being a yarn dyeing business and now focused on solely retail craft supply services.
