Will you send my yarn caked for me?

I typically send yarn in the un-caked skein but I'm happy to cake it for you if needed! Just leave a message on your order during checkout and I'll cake it up on my ball winder at no additional cost to you before I ship it off! (This may result in an extra day turn around time during busier sales, but typically will not cause delay.)

How long will it take to get my order?

For dye to order and preorder listings, it will take up to 4 weeks usually, up to 5 weeks during busy sale periods, unless otherwise noted (some clubs and advent calendars have specific ship by dates that will be noted on the listing.)

All in-stock, ready to ship items, will ship within 3 days, Tuesday through Saturday.

Where can I learn more about your shipping & return policies?

That's a fantastic question! I had a lovely shipping & returns policies page built early into the development of this website, but then didn't realize for the longest time that it wasn't linked anywhere on the front page.
